Return Policy
To return an item, please contact us by email at info@shopkidsplaysets.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and a return authorization number. Having a return authorization number will help us process your return quicker. Please submit your return request within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Please allow two business days for a response from our returns department regarding your specific return claim.
