Shipping Methods: 

  • Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping option delivers your playset to your doorstep within the estimated delivery time frame. Delivery times may vary based on your location.   
  • Freight Shipping: Larger playsets may require freight shipping. Our freight shipping partners will deliver your playset to your curbside. Please ensure adequate space is available for delivery and installation, and that someone is available to receive the delivery. 

 

Shipping outside of the USA is currently unavailable. However, we are working to expand globally in the near future.

 

Shipping Costs: 

Shipping costs are calculated based on factors such as the size, weight, and destination of the shipment. These costs will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your purchase. 

  

Shipping Time: 

We promise to do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. The estimated shipping time frame will vary depending on product availability, shipping method, and destination. We aim to provide you with estimated shipping times on our product pages. 

All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days. 

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment. 

Please note: Order delays have proven to be unavoidable and outside of our control. While this might be frustrating, we ask you to please be patient and understanding with us during those times. We thank you for your business and truly appreciate your patience during those times.

 

Order Tracking: 

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Once your playset has shipped, you can monitor the progress of your delivery by using your tracking number to track your shipment through the carrier's website.

Delivery Process: 

For standard shipping, your item will be delivered to your designated shipping address. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery and inspect the package for any damage upon arrival. 

For freight shipping, our shipping partner will contact you to schedule a delivery time. It's important to ensure that there is adequate space for the delivery truck and that someone is available to receive the shipment, and assist the driver unload your playset. 

 

Shipping Restrictions: 

Please note that there may be shipping restrictions to certain locations, including remote areas or newly developed builds. We recommend contacting our customer service team for more information if you have concerns about shipping to your location.
