Warranty Policy
This signature trampoline has a 7-year limited warranty on the frame, and a 3-year limited warranty on the jump mat, enclosure poles, and springs. All other materials have a 1-year limited warranty.
Shipping Policy
Your product will be shipped as quickly as possible after you place your order and should arrive within 7-10 business days depending on the shipping speed of the carriers.
Return Policy
To return an item, please contact us by email at info@shopkidsplaysets.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and a return authorization number. Having a return authorization number will help us process your return quicker. Please submit your return request within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Please allow two business days for a response from our returns department regarding your specific return claim.
