Warranty Policy
Our limited warranty only covers normal wear and tear and manufacturer defects. The standard warranty for most trampolines is 3 years on the frame and 1 year on all the other materials. Check your trampoline's product description or manual for your product's specific warranty. To file a warranty claim, contact our customer service team through our support page.
Our warranty does not cover damage due to the effects or acts of nature, such as earthquakes, wind, hurricanes, tornadoes, lightning, rain, fire, snow, excessive heat and cold conditions, or sun damage. So please anchor your trampoline! It may save you lots of money on replacement parts if there’s a storm.
Shipping Policy
Your product will be shipped as quickly as possible after you place your order and should arrive within 7-10 business days depending on the shipping speed of the carriers.
Return Policy
To return an item, please contact us by email at info@shopkidsplaysets.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and a return authorization number. Having a return authorization number will help us process your return quicker. Please submit your return request within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Please allow two business days for a response from our returns department regarding your specific return claim.
- Some products will be assessed a return fee. Return fees are between $25 and $200. Your final refund will include the deducted return fee. Replacement Parts, Games and Accessories have no return fee
- Shop Kids Playsets claims no responsibility for return shipments lost in transit if not shipped on the provided return label
- Refused shipments are subject to return shipping charges
- Original shipping costs will not be refunded
