Goodevas provides a 2-year warranty from the date of original purchase.
This warranty covers any defects in workmanship or materials under regular, indoor use. If any issue arises due to these conditions, we promise to take prompt action by providing replacement parts, offering a brand-new product, or issuing a refund, depending on the situation and at our discretion.
Our products are ideally designed for indoor use. They can be used outdoors, but only under controlled conditions and with proper care. However, it is important to note that extensive outdoor use without appropriate precautionary measures will void this warranty.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or activities beyond the manufacturer's intended use.

Shipping Policy
We insure all Goodevas packages.
Your order may be split into separate packages in which case you will receive multiple shipping track numbers. You will not be charged any extra fees.
Return Policy
We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you are welcome to return the item within 30 days of receiving it.
In order to qualify for a return, the item must be in the condition in which it was received - unused, with all tags still attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived in an unsatisfactory condition.
