Crafted from 100% pine wood, the Avenlur swing set is pre-cut, pre-drilled, and pre-stained for easy assembly. Warranty
Avenlur offers a 5 year warranty. We are confident that Avenlur products will last years to come, but if something doesn't seem right, we have your back. If any product part breaks or fails during the first 5 years of ownership because of defect in material or workmanship and is an active product, we will replace the part(s) free of charge.
Return Policy
We strive to ensure our products make it to you on time and in perfect condition. If you have any concerns about the product you received or have missing parts, we are happy to replace it free of charge.
You have 30 days to return your product from the original purchase date, if you are not 100% satisfied, or change your mind.

Once Avenlur receives the item, we will issue a full refund of the product within 5-7 business days.
If your item was defective, and you do not wish to receive replacement parts, we will send you a pre-paid return label so that you can return it for a full product replacement, or a full refund if you prefer*. Contact us at info@shopkidsplaysets.com and we will have a label sent to you.
Please note: Buyers remorse returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
*Damaged returns due to insufficient return packaging may be assessed additional fees.
