Warranty
WoodandHearts provides a 2-year manufacturing warranty. If the product has any fractures or damages that have appeared during usage and it is connected to the quality of manufacturing or materials we will replace it. Please email us at info@shopkidsplaysets.com.
Please Note: WoodandHearts’ warranty does not cover the damages caused by the weather conditions if items are left outside.

Parcel delivery throughout the USA takes 3-18 business days, depending on where your order is shipping to, via UPS, DHL Express, DPD, or FedEx.
Return Policy
In the event of damage during delivery or loss of the package, we will send you a new product free of charge.
In the event you wish to make a return, and the product is in its original state, all delivery costs associated lie with the customer.
Please ensure the spelling of the details of the order are correct. We are not responsible for errors in the order details provided by the buyer. A refund will be made only after confirmation that items were received by postal service.
Shipping and packaging costs are non-refundable unless it is due to our mistake. Shipping costs are non-refundable for refused or undeliverable packages.
In the event you wish to make an exchange, we will send you a replacement once you return the parcel to the postal service. Please contact us after delivery. You must ship the item(s) back within 30 days after you received the package.
We don't accept cancellations on customized goods. The return and exchange of customized orders are discussed individually. Please email us at info@shopkidsplaysets.com.
Compensation for the difference between old and new purchase prices for the items are available only within 30 days from the date of purchase.
