Shipping Policy
We ship only within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US protectorates (e.g., Puerto Rico), P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
We are able to ship to most of our customers within 3 to 6 business days. Some larger products are best shipped via freight to best ensure safe delivery. Once the shipment arrives, FedEx will require an appointment to deliver the order, so please include a phone number in your order. Someone must be present to take delivery of LTL shipments and sign for the delivery (drivers only offload the product into the driveway; any additional help by the driver will require an additional charge).
We can only ship your order to the address given to us in your order at the time you checkout. If you contact us with a change of address and we haven’t processed the order yet, we can make the change. If the order has already been processed and is on the FedEx truck (even though the order doesn’t show shipped in the marketplace), or has movement on FedEx.com, you can create an account on fedex.com/us/delivery, and you will be able to redirect your package(s).
Return Policy
This purchase may be returned for any reason within 30 days of the date of purchase. You must contact our customer service by phone at +1(917)634-4934 or by email at info@shopkidsplaysets.com. Items being returned must be in their original packaging, along with all accessories from the original shipment, and must be shipped back within 14 days after receiving a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA).
If an item is not delivered or arrives in a damaged or otherwise defective state, please contact us within 7 days to submit a claim for an RMA. We may require pictures or a video of defective/damaged items to issue a full refund. Once your claim is processed and approved, please allow 5-8 business days for the refund request to be completed. Some financial institutions may take an additional 5-7 business days to return the funds to your account(s). All instances of returns from defective or not as described products are shipped back at our expense. We may issue a pre-paid label.
All other returns (buyer’s remorse, canceled orders that shipped before canceling, ordered the wrong color/size/type, etc.) are shipped back at the customer’s expense.
