Warranty Policy
Bunny Hopkins One-Year Limited Warranty
Bunny Hopkins products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This limited warranty is provided to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
What is Covered:
- Structural defects in the materials and craftsmanship of the product.
- Malfunctions or failures during normal usage and proper care.
What is Not Covered:
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or neglect.
- Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or fading.
- Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Accidental damage, such as spills or impacts.
- Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or resellers.

2. Provide Proof of Purchase
- Receipt or order confirmation showing the date and place of purchase.
3. Describe the Issue
- Provide a detailed description of the defect or malfunction.
- Attach clear photographs or videos showing the issue, if applicable.
4. Return Authorization
- If the issue is deemed to be covered under warranty, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
5. Product Return
- Ship the product to the designated address provided by customer service. Ensure it is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Include the RA number and a copy of the proof of purchase.
Warranty Remedies:
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, Bunny Hopkins will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective product.
- If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, Bunny Hopkins may offer a refund or store credit equal to the original purchase price.
Limitations:
- This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy provided to the purchaser. Bunny Hopkins shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
- This warranty does not cover any third-party products or accessories used in conjunction with Bunny Hopkins products.

- Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Shipping Policy
We take 1 to 3 business days to fulfill an order. All products ship from Bunny Hopkins’ Workshop in Atlanta, GA, with FedEx, and are expected to arrive 3 to 5 business days after fulfillment.
Shipping rates during checkout are for 48 contiguous states within the continental US.

Refund Policy
Bunny Hopkins offers a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
